Sol + Sand Permanent Jewelry was created from a love of effortless, everyday jewelry and meaningful connections.
I've always loved jewelry, but I was never great at remembering to put it on each day or take it off at night. When I discovered permanent jewelry, it completely changed the way I wore jewelry. I loved having beautiful pieces that felt effortless—jewelry you can sleep in, shower in, and truly live in.
That experience inspired me to create Sol + Sand and share that same feeling with others.
Based around a warm, coastal-inspired aesthetic, Sol + Sand offers custom-fit permanent bracelets, anklets, necklaces, hand chains, bangles, and fun extras like Glow Ups & connectors. What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is welded together instead of secured with a traditional clasp. The process is quick, painless, and creates a seamless piece designed to be worn every day.
Not at all! The welding process never touches your skin. A protective barrier is placed between your skin and the jewelry while the chain is welded closed.

Does it hurt?
Can I wear permanent jewelry while showering, swimming, or exercising?

Yes! Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. You can shower, swim, work out, and sleep in your jewelry. As with all jewelry, proper care will help keep it looking its best.
Is permanent jewelry really permanent?

Permanent jewelry is designed for long-term wear, but it can be removed if needed. Simply cut the jump ring with scissors or wire cutters. Many customers save their chain and have it re-welded later.
What if my jewelry breaks?

Life happens! If your chain breaks at the weld point, we'll gladly re-weld it. If a section of chain is lost or damaged beyond repair, a repair fee or replacement chain may be required.
Can permanent jewelry go through airport security?

Yes! Permanent jewelry is made from fine jewelry metals and can safely pass through airport security scanners.
Will my jewelry tarnish?

Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time, and gold-filled jewelry may lose some luster with exposure to chemicals, lotions, perfumes, and saltwater. Regular cleaning will help maintain your jewelry's shine.
What if I need to remove my jewelry for a medical procedure?

If you need to remove your jewelry, carefully cut the jump ring and save your chain. We can often re-weld it for you afterward.
You'll choose your favorite chain, decide whether you'd like to add a Glow Up or connector, and we'll custom-fit your piece before welding it in place. The entire process is quick, easy, and makes for a fun, memorable experience. Whether I'm meeting you at a private party, special event, pop-up, or market, my goal is to help you create a piece you'll love wearing every day.
